WINNERS of the 2020 Eeyou Marine Region Photo Contest!

Thank you to everyone who participated in this years’ contest! We had approximately 335 photos submitted by 43 participants. The high quality of this year’s submissions made the decision very difficult! The Eeyou Marine Region Wildlife Board members and staff voted on the winning photos after examining each one for quality, uniqueness of subject matter, and whether or not the photo was taken within the boundaries of the EMR. The winners are:

2nd Prize: Mary Jane Salt (Waskaganish Blueberry Picking)

3rd Prize: Brian Stewart (Chisasibi Goose Hunt)

4th Prize: Louie-Rene Kanatewat (Chisasibi Bay)
